Sunday night, a big snow storm rolled across the southeast and (so far) has gotten us THREE snow days! Here is the snow coming down (6" worth) late Sunday night (long after I was in bed.)
Monday morning getting bundled up to go out!
My crazy neighbors sledding on the hill outside of our house. I love Mrs. Susan and Mrs. Wendy! (and what a race! Mrs. Susan cut off Mrs. Wendy to win in the final stretch!)
I took one ride on the sled with Daddy. While I enjoyed it, I didn't want to go again (seeing a sled crash on America's Funniest Home Videos on Sunday night scared me a bit.)
I much preferred being carried through the snow (who wouldn't - 6" was practically to my knees and only tennis shoes/no snow boots. Plus, I'm a princess!) Here is a family photo in front of our house.
Back inside, toasty warm, and checking in at the office on my laptop.
Everything seems under control, so I'll watch the sledders with Daddy. Happy Snow Days!
