Christmas is coming!

Just thought I'd share some of our Christmas snapshots. We've been busy . . .
Baking Christmas cookies (round 1 of many). This is at the VERY end of making the Snickerdoodle dough (very clean, yes, I know).

We started a new tradition with Audrey this year - we took her to the Symphony! It was the ASYO with Lee Harper Dancers and the Atlanta Young Singers of Callanwalde. Audrey LOVED it! (and only got a little restless on the last song because she was jumping out of her skin to go see Santa!)
And here she is with THE man in the red suit!
Grammy brought over a Little People nativity scene. Eva enjoys chewing on the manger :)

Dropping off our Operation Christmas Child boxes at church (a 3-year standing tradition!)
The tree is up . . . with a few new ornaments to commemorate 2011 - Dorothy's red shoe ornament for Audrey (to remember her Wizard of Oz Halloween) and a couple of Baby's First Christmas ornaments for Eva (surprise, surprise!)
And our lovely tree with the baby gate BEHIND it to keep Clara from knocking it over (again!) Poor Audrey burst into tears when Clara knocked over the tree early one Sunday morning after Jeff had already left for church (orchestra rehearsal). I must say - it is a challenge to resurrect a tree all by yourself!
We just couldn't leave out the reindeer antlers! (on the way to watch the SEC championship game at the Ashleys . . . we won't talk any more about that game . . . )
