Fall Festivities (and it's only October 3rd!)

Before the "official" fall activity pictures, just a few fun happenings around the house . . .
Escaping the paparazzi

"Everyone in" - 7am heading to drop the dog at the groomers and then off to school. Never a dull moment!

Happy baby!

Ok, now on to fall activities. What's fall without a little FOOTBALL and MARCHING BAND??
Paul and Audrey

Boo boo and Audrey

Daddy and Audrey

Eva was there too - she spent most of the time in her carrier. A big shout out to Grammy for helping me manage the two girls at the game. Crazy!
Next stop - our school's Hoe Down. Here are Audrey and Cade "flirting" in the sand
First pony ride on our new friend Peanut!
We stood in line behind 4 rowdy boys who talked about horse poop the whole time. Audrey thought it was hilarious!

The Fall Festival in our town is always a hit! It was BEAUTIFUL weather and SUPER crowded. Here is Audrey on the swings

A great view of the parade

Carousel - always a favorite!

And the cars - this picture is deceptive because once we got her strapped in, she flipped and wanted off. Fortunately the ride had not started yet, so she was able to get off (and get her ticket back so she could ride the swings again!)
Once a month, Jeff and I help out in Audrey's class at church. Last week, Audrey and two of her friends decided to gang up on, I mean play with Daddy. They are "doing his hair" in case you can't tell.
Super tall tower!

Eva at 6 months exactly

Sweet sisters in dresses smocked by - you guessed it - Grammy!
Beautiful, Grammy. Thank you!
About an hour southeast of where we are, we visited Mitcham Farm. Mommy had a Groupon so this family of four got to visit the farm for a grand total of $10! This was a VERY different experience from Burt's farm last year. It was NOT crowded, there were no lines, there was lots of room to run around, and we had a blast! (Don't know if this is because this farm was a bit more off the beaten path or because it is the beginning of October, but either way, it was awesome!) Our little animal lover Audrey liked feeding the goats the best (even better than the bouncy house, which is saying a LOT!) We did not attempt the corn maze this year, but I'm sure there will be time for that once the girls get older. Enjoy the pictures and video below!

(let it be known that while Daddy is pictured in all of the slide pictures/videos, Mommy did go down the slide several times with Audrey - and loved it almost as much as she did!)
