We're off to see the Wizard!

Grammy, Boogie, Mimi and Cups came over for a chili dinner before the Halloween festivities began. Sadly, no pictures of Mimi and Cups, but we still had a grand time!

Now on to the costumes . . . .It all started with a lion costume I found on sale for Eva to wear for Halloween this year. I thought "what goes with a lion costume" and Dorothy came immediately to mind. SO I casually mentioned this to Grammy, and she got to work on the Dorothy costume. Well, that was finished by mid-September, leaving plenty of time to make Glenda . . . and the tin man . . . AND the scarecrow the day before Halloween! We really missed Unkie Will (our original scarecrow) but were happy to have Boogie fill in! And Grammy stepped in as the wicked witch :).



Our friends the Yorks joined us at the end of the evening. Their sweet boys were Mickey Mouse. Audrey just loves her friend Ashton!
